Ancient villa located on the Tuscan hills, near the town of Settignano, just outside Florence. The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by a flight of stairs, and consists of a kitchen, living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the three bathrooms have a shower and one with a bathtub.
The kitchen, very bright and spacious, is equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher and oven. The living room is large and welcoming, furnished with classic furniture and equipped with a dining table. Through an internal spiral staircase you reach a roof terrace with a splendid view of Florence. In front of the entrance, climbing a few steps, you reach a large lawn (with table, bbq and umbrella). Through a dirt climb of a hundred meters quite steep you reach the swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas (available from 1st June to 30th September). Lawn and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests.
