Housing might represent a big challenge for schools and institutes which deal primarily with foreign users. Florence Housing Service’s mission is to assist all EUI members throughout the various steps for finding and renting an accommodation in Florence.

Florence Housing Service’s goal is to get to know all the owners and view all the properties before uploading them to its short-term website. Florence Housing Service’ staff works daily side by side with owners to establish and arrange all the terms of the rental leases, so that FHS’s customers do not have ‘surprises’ after having booked a property.

FHS assists its customers arranging all the procedures for rental lease signature, explanation of the due payments and keys delivery.
